The SunTrust Bank multi-tenant office building portfolio was acquired by The Simpson Organization in December, 2007. SunTrust Bank is an anchor tenant in all 25 properties with a retail banking branch in place on the ground floor in each building. The properties are located in seven southeastern states and range in size from 11,500 square feet to just over 150,000 square feet. The entire portfolio consists of 1.1 million square feet of office space. All of the buildings enjoy landmark, downtown locations or are located adjacent to large regional malls.
